Through conversations, I support you in clearing away the fog that stands in the way of clarity, understanding what holds you back, what drives you forward, and which steps can bring you closer to a life that feels more meaningful and sustainable. It's not about quick fixes but about creating direction and tools that last in the long run.

Mentoring program.

Feeling stuck in life is not uncommon – and it will happen more than once.
This program is for young adults between 18 and 25 who want to create a clear direction for the future and take the first steps toward building it. Over six weeks of personal coaching, we clarify what you want right now, which obstacles stand in the way of getting there, clear away limitations, find what motivates you forward, and start laying the foundation for something greater.
Movement.
When the body says more than words
The body is the first to know. It carries stories and information that the brain doesn't always perceive. Movement work helps you break through mental blockages and connect with feelings you might not even know you had. Without the pressure to perform, you get to explore your emotions through movement – and find a new way to express yourself and understand what's going on inside you.
