About me

A friend once told me that a cliché is a cliché because there is truth in it.
So let me start with a cliché: Life is too short to waste.

That's why I'm passionate about what I do – to give more people the opportunity to make the best of their lives based on their circumstances. Our brain is our best friend, but it can also be our greatest enemy. Understanding and navigating this is one of the keys to creating change.

My drive is rooted in contributing to reducing mental health issues and encouraging more people to choose their lives – whatever that means for them. I believe in the power of understanding oneself, facing challenges, and creating a life that provides meaning.

With a long background of personal experiences, I know that true understanding of the human struggle cannot be taught – it must be lived.

I have experience in group process facilitation, have founded and run a women's network, am trained and certified as a KIT coach, and also have Level 1 in dance and movement therapy under my belt.

My philosophy is simple: I believe in the whole. The holistic interplay between body and mind is central to my work because I know that when they collaborate, we can create real and lasting change.
